The Phase 2 of the Construction of Learning Commons Annex project involves the construction and completion of a vital bridgeway connecting the TIC Building, Learning Commons, and Dormitories, enhancing accessibility across the campus. The project encompasses earthworks, structural, architectural, and roofing works for the bridgeway.

In addition to the core construction, the contract covers the installation of data and communications systems, including structured data cabling, public address/background music (PA/BGM), CCTV surveillance, and IT infrastructure, ensuring the facility is technologically equipped.

A steel mobile compactor shelving system for the library is provided, offering efficient storage for books and materials. The scope also includes the construction of a retaining wall for the perimeter fence near the Learning Commons building, as well as the installation of a solar power energy system to support sustainable operations for Phase 2.
